Grief is a natural reaction to loss or change. Grief is most commonly discussed in relation to the death of a loved one, however grief can be experienced following any major change.

Treatment Process

Sometimes the expression of grief can be expressed as sad, anxious, angry, lonely, guilty, relieved, isolated, confused, or numb. I provide a safe space, to allow mourning to unfold naturally related to the loss of someone or something you have formed an attachment too. I support the process of finding new meaning, thinking creatively about the challenges that follow loss, and practicing coping skills that sustain roots of self-compassion and well being.
